CPK Automotive Applications
CONSTRUCTION VEHICLES
Excavators, wheel loaders, forklifts and all other heavy construction machinery can be retrofitted with the DYNTEST system regardless of the engine manufacturer.
MINING
The ControlBox OEM is particularly suitable for robust use underground. It is a control unit (data logger), which was developed especially for the extreme requirements of the exhaust aftertreatment for diesel engines. It is gladly used in the mining area. Like the ControlBox, it continuously records vehicle data and data from the diesel particulate filter. The housing has been developed for difficult conditions.
STATIONARY
As an intelligent data logger, the ControlBox NOx enables the monitoring and recording of emission-relevant data in accordance with the 44th BImSchV. The ControlBox NOx is a control unit (NOx data logger), which was developed especially for the new requirements. The status of the CHP/biogas plant is permanently monitored, controlled and logged.
BUSES
Buses, like all other vehicles, must comply with the statutory emission standards. The DYTEST system reliably monitors the diesel particulate filter of buses.
MARINE
Especially in ports and inland waters, the engines of ships must comply with environmental protection requirements. Here the SCR dosing system can support!
TRUCKS
Heavy trucks with diesel engines are subject to strict exhaust emission standards. The installed diesel particulate filters and exhaust aftertreatment systems must be monitored and controlled. The ControlBox V4 ensures proper monitoring.
Train
Diesel locomotives must also comply with current environmental regulations and emission limits. The DYNTEST system continuously monitors compliance and alerts in case of problems!
Light duty vehicles
Just as for trucks, the DYNTEST system is also ideally suited for vans and light duty vehicles.
